- If your school has a scheduled game that changes in regards to time or location, please contact Raul Martinez right away so we can notify the game officials.
- Due to an official shortage throughout Texas, home and visiting coaches may want to consider moving games to Saturday's. This will help to alleviate any shortages that may occur; as well as, provide a more experienced officiating crew to your upcoming contest.
- We're here to help and value your opinion, please send us any game footage that is either positive and negative. We will use the information to assist in our training and evaluation.

Thank you for visiting our web site. We value the opportunity to provide football officials for your athletic program. To those of you that currently use the Pecan Valley Chapter, we sincerely appreciate your confidence and support. Below we have provided some tools to help assist with your officiating needs.
For those of you that do not currently use the Pecan Valley Chapter we certainly hope you will consider us for your upcoming football games. If we can assist your program, please contact an officer and we will be happy to assist you.
Finally, all coaches are welcome to visit our regular meetings which are held every Monday night at 6:30pm beginning in August and continuing through October. Meetings are at Howard Payne University, Newman Hall room 136.
